Dr. Okwuje graduated from the University of Chicago’s prestigious Pritzker School of Medicine and is a board-certified anesthesiologist.
He completed three years of postgraduate surgical training prior to completing a four-year Anesthesia residency with a specialization in Regional Nerve Blocks and Pain Procedures. He has extensive expertise in skin and wound healing, an area of interest he developed while in medical school, and continued to pursue throughout his training and throughout his twenty years of practice.
Dr. Okwuje’s keen interest in plastic surgery led him to work with some of the best California plastic surgeons which naturally led him to the exploration of aesthetic and longevity medicine.
Dr. Okwuje is deeply committed to his personal and professional growth. Through ongoing training and CME (Continuing Medical Education) and by attending some of the best conferences in the fields of medical aesthetics, longevity medicine, and hormonal medicine, Dr. Okwuje continues to refine his skills and knowledge.
Dr. Okwuje is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) and completed many advanced injector training courses including the Aesthetic Blueprint advanced injector training.
